The symposium fees include :

The book of abstracts, the USB Key with the full papers, oral and poster presentations. The Springer book volume containing selected and reviewed full papers, edited after the Symposium.

Welcoming cocktail-dinner on 26/08, four lunches, coffee breaks.

The gala dinners at "Nyxterida" restaurant, Chania and the boat cruise in Souda harbour (Full/members only - purchasing gala dinner tickets for students and  accompanying persons will be possible).

The guided visit of Chania old city

A one-day excursion is scheduled on 31th August in the archaeological site of Knossos (Palace of King Minos). This will be purchased as an extra fee by the attendees.
